Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
Free Shipping (5-8 business days)
Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
Priority Mail Express (overnight - 3-day delivery)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.
Shipping Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
